How long after I order will it ship?

All rings are ready to ship same day. If a piece has engraving, it will ship within 1-4 business days.  We offer free U.S. shipping, however you may choose expedited shipping for faster delivery.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping on all Domestic Madera Bands orders. Rings are shipped with USPS ground shipping and take 2-3 business days to arrive. 

You may choose expedited shipping to ensure there are no shipping delays with your order and your order arrives next day if overnight and within 2 days if chosen 2 day priority. 

If you need an order rushed, please reach out through help@maderabands.com to have your order rushed. You may also visit the live chat directly on site to chat with a customer service specialist to rush your order.

How do I exchange my ring?

Exchanges are an easy process. Head over to the Returns Portal and enter your information to get started. You'll be able to choose the new size you need. Once the original ring is returned, the exchange is sent out. No additional charge for an exchange.

How do I return an item?

Visit our Returns Center. We offer a 30-day hassle-free refund policy on all products (excluding engravings). They must be shipped back in their original form of packaging within 30 days. We have a $25 restocking fee for all returns. Silicone bands and shipping costs are non-refundable. After 30 days, items are not refundable. 

Can I cancel an order?

We are here for you if you need help with your recent order. Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, orders can’t be canceled as they are processed quickly and in the hands of the shipping department. You have 30 days to return and 90 days to exchange any unworn ring.

Do you offer financing?

Great news! We have partnered up with Sezzle and Afterpay to allow you to split your payments. No interest ever. We also offer PayPal payments as well. Madera Bands plans to bring Affirm along to help with larger purchases. Buy now, pay later!

Which rings are best for a nickel allergy?

All wood, carbon fiber, titanium, and Damascus steel are probably the best rings to choose. Tungsten has some nickel in them and should be avoided if you have a nickel allergy.

How do I determine my ring size?

The best way to size your ring is to order a ring sizer. Sizing your ring at a jewelry store may not be very convenient or true to size, as your ring size fluctuates throughout the day. This can lead to an incorrect size, either too big or too small. Check out our ring sizer for a more accurate reading.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs, you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in SPAM

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

Do you offer a warranty?

All rings will come with 1-year warranty & a lifetime protection warranty.

 If you purchased a ring and it has a manufacturing defect, such as chipping or minor scratches, it will be replaced. A photo of the ring damage is required for a warranty replacement. Please note: if a replacement of the same ring is not available, a similar ring of the same value may be available.

Our warranty covers 1 replacement within the 1-year warranty. Stolen or lost items do not fall under the warranty. Ring size change is not possible. All warranty will be sent in the original size ordered. After 1 year, our protection warranty plan begins and you are covered with a replacement for life, with a small processing fee. Is my ring durable or waterproof?

All rings are sealed with special bonds to last a lifetime. However, it does require some care after your band. We do not recommend soaking them in water, as rings are water resistant but not waterproof. Warranty will be voided if the ring was mistreated due to wearing it in the pool for longer time and leaving in water damage. Pat dry if getting in pool with ring.

You can safely wear your ring everyday, as it's durable, quality material is great for day-to-day life. However, if you work in hard labor or construction, we do not recommend wearing your ring through work. You'll receive a free silicone band to wear instead.

How do I care for my ring?

We want your ring to last a lifetime. Like any other jewelry or gold wedding bands, our bands need care too. At Madera Bands, we take pride in creating the coolest men's wedding ring on the planet. Here at some things to keep in mind:

Clean with dish soap but don't soak it. Remember that most men’s wood wedding bands are delicate and natural.

Work in construction? Wear your free silicone band instead. Although tungsten rings are scratch resistant, they can still damage if they have wood or natural stones inlaid them.

What does my warranty cover?

Your warranty covers one single replacement within one year of purchase. After one year, your lifetime warranty covers any replacement including engraving with a small processing fee of $75.

 

Free replacement: Lost or stolen rings do not apply. Size changes do not apply. No free silicone band will be provided. Lifetime warranty only covers the purchased ring. Engraved rings will be engraved if desired

Lifetime warranty with $75 fee: Size can be changed, lost or stolen, al engraving rings. Style change is not provided. 

Do you have a in store?

We are currently an online-retailer only. Our warehouse and corporate office is located in Winston-Salem, NC. We do not currently have a store to shop in and when we do, we will notify all customers.

After I purchase my ring, can I send my ring back to have it engraved?

Unfortunately, we don't offer this service. We do offer laser engraving however laser engraving would have to be chosen as an option at checkout. After rings are received, we can no longer engrave the ring
