Shipping Policy
At Madera Bands, we offer free domestic ground shipping for all products within U.S.
Orders are shipped same day if placed before 2pm through first class. Orders placed after hours are shipped next day. Engraving items need an additional 1-3 business days before they are shipped. 
Customers may choose an expedited shipping for faster shipping, expedited shipping does not expedite engraving 
After an order has been placed, it can no longer be edited or canceled. 

Madera Bands does not refund the difference or price match items due to price adjustments, sales, or discounts of any kind. After an order is placed, edits are not possible

. 

If you need your engraved ring rushed choose overnight or expedited shipping to avoid shipping delays.

 

All orders will ship as they are entered and addresses are not changed by staff unless authorized by customer within the 30 minute mark. If an order is shipped and customer entered the wrong address, Madera Bands is not responsible for lost, stolen mail and a claim can not be created nor processed for packages shipped with wrong address. Customer needs to contact post office to retrieve their package or place a new order. Madera Bands is not responsible for lost packages that were shipped with the wrong address entered by customer.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. No questions asked 30 day returns and exchanges (with the exception of laser engraved & unworn rings). If you’re in the US. we’ll send you a return shipping label. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit

 

Returns:

30 day returns of any unworn and undamaged rings or watches. Within the U.S, you’ll receive a free shipping label to return your piece. International orders, customer is responsible for shipping return back. All returns have a $15 restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable 

Purchased silicone bands are final sale.

Laser engraved pieces are final sale.

Ring sizers are final sale.

 

Exchanges:

30 days exchanges of any unworn and undamaged rings or watches. Exchanges are free and you’ll be provided a shipping label if within the U.S. First exchange is free, any exchanges after require shipping fees.

 

Warranty:

One free replacement within the first year and lifetime warranty of $75 after.

 All rings under $119 and $99 are only eligible for store credit. Customer is responsible to ship back any items purchased under $119 with their own shipping courier of choice.
