MADERA BANDS RING RETURN POLICY
- We offer a 30-day hassle free return and refund policy on all ring products, not including engraved items. Engraved and personalized items are final sale and can not be returned. All products must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and must be sent within 30 days of the delivered date unworn. There is a $15 restocking fee for all items returned. After 30 days, items are not refundable. If returns are after 30 days, we have the right to reject, refuse or charge a larger percentage of restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. All items such as original packaging and free silicone band must be returned and unworn to avoid any additional fees. If you placed a ring sizer or silicone band, these are final sale.

All items returned must be in the same condition as shipped in. Items that are ruined when returned will not be accepted as a return and additional fees may be applied or deducted
EXCHANGES
Exchanging a ring is an easy process. Head over to RETURNS PORTAL HERE and enter your information to get started. You'll be able to choose the new size you need. Once the original ring is returned, please allow 2-4 business days for exchanges to be processed. No additional charge for an exchange. Engraving and personalized items can not be returned or exchanged.
MADERA BANDS WATCH RETURN POLICY:
Not Satisfied with your purchase? Need a different size? You can exchange or return your unworn ring as long as it’s not engraved or personalized within 30 days of the day it was delivered. If you are returning the ring or watch from Madera Bands, please see our return policy below.
Watch Return Policy:

Exchanges
Exchanging a ring, watch is an easy process. Engraved items are not exchangeable or returnable. Once a ring or watch is personalized, it can no longer be used.
MADERA BANDS DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RING POLICY:
Diamond engagement restocking fee:
In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, any diamond engagement rings that are items will undergo a process of unsetting diamonds and recycling the metal. However, this fee is waived when you choose a full credit to store. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used towards any design on our site. Please see fees below
- Engagement ring: A $300 restocking fee will be deducted .
- Wedding bands: $15 restocking fee will deducted.
- Watches: $15 restocking fee will deducted.
