What if I get my ring size wrong?
We provide 30-day returns and exchanges on rings that haven’t been engraved, so have no fear if your wedding band doesn’t fit just right. Add a ring sizer to your purchase so you can easily reorder a new turquoise men’s wedding ring, if necessary.
SHIPPING
How long will my order take to ship?
This koa wood turquoise ring will ship the same day if ordered before 3 PM Eastern time, or by the next business day at the latest. Engraved rings require an extra 2-3 days for production.

Are engraved rings refundable?
Unfortunately, because the engraving is permanent, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you’d like us to hold off on engraving your turquoise men’s wedding ring until you confirm your ring size, choose ‘yes- mail sizer first’ when adding engraving, and we’ll mail you a free ring sizer first.
