What if I order the wrong ring size?
We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. If you’re unsure of your ring size, just add a ring sizer to your order. That way, you can accurately measure your ring finger before ordering a replacement.
SHIPPING
How long will my order take to ship?
The majority of our modern rings are ready to ship the same day if you place your order by 3 PM EST. Engraved rings require an additional 1-2 days.

How long will this tungsten and wood ring last?

Can I personalize my rose gold and wood wedding band?
We can laser engrave the inside of your wedding band with a name, special number, such as wedding date, coordinate location, or message. Create your very own unique wedding band—a treasure unlike any other.
Are engraved rings refundable?
The engraving is permanent, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to consider the engraving and size chosen for your tungsten and wood ring very carefully.
If you don’t know your ring size, but you’d like to have your wedding band engraved, simply select the ‘yes- mail sizer first’ option when placing your order. That way, you can accurately confirm your ring size before we engrave and ship your ring.
