We offer hassle-free 30-day returns and exchanges on all rings, as long as your unique wedding band isn’t engraved. If you’re not sure of your ring size, we recommend adding a ring sizer to your purchase. That way, if you do need to exchange it, you’ll know the exact size to order.
2. How long will this wedding band last?
Because this black wedding band with rose gold is crafted from tungsten—the toughest metal known to man—you can count on it to last for life. And, the Gibeon meteorite survived millions, possibly billions, of years, traveling through the harshness of outer space, so The Jack can definitely hold up to Earth’s friendlier conditions! As is the case with all jewelry, it’s best to avoid abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals.

4. How long will my order take to ship?
Most of our meteorite rings are currently in stock and ready to ship out today! If you’re having your band engraved, please allow an extra 2-3 days for processing.
5. Is an engraved black wedding band with rose gold refundable?
Because the engraving is permanent, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges after customization. Keep in mind, however, that we offer complimentary ring sizers with any laser engraved ring. Simply select the ‘yes mail sizer first’ option when adding engraving.
