Why is ring size confirmation so important?
Most of our bands can not be resized, this is why ring size confirmation is very important
Can I cancel my order?
After we receive a ring size confirmation, production begins immediately. Cancellations are not possible. If you absolutely need to cancel your order and the production has already begun, you will be subject to a $35 fee.
Do you offer warranty?
Madera Bands offers a 1 year warranty for all bands not including 14k solid gold pieces and those that require engraving. After 1 year, a small fee applies for any replacement. Read more about what our warranty includes
What's your return policy?
All bands (not including engraved and 14k solid gold pieces) can be returned within 30 days starting the day it was delivered. After 30 days, Madera Bands can not be returned.
