What if I get my ring size wrong?

We’ll take care of you! As long as your ring hasn’t been engraved, you can exchange it for a new one within 30 days. We’re happy to mail you a ring sizer if you’d like to confirm your size in advance. Or add the sizer to your cart along with your order. Should your ring fit less than perfect, you’ll have the handy sizer on hand to help you choose the perfect size.

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship five days a week. Most of our modern rings are in stock and ready to ship out the same day (if the order is placed by 3 PM EST Monday-Friday). Please allow an additional 1–2 days for laser engravings. For expedited delivery, you can choose Next Day Air or 2 Day Air shipping during checkout, should you need your ring for an important date.

How long will abalone rings last?

Well, our men's nautical wedding rings are made from natural abalone shells and tungsten, Earth’s strongest metal, so to say they’re durable would be a major understatement. With proper care, it should hold up to a lifetime of everyday wear, even if you find yourself stuck in a whale’s belly!

Can I personalize my abalone wedding ring?

Absolutely! Each abalone ring is a one-of-a-kind treasure from the sea, and a personalized laser engraving makes our ocean-inspired wedding bands even more special. Customize the inside of your ring with a name, date, message, coordinate location, or anything else meaningful to you or your loved one.

Can I return an engraved ring?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for engraved products. Before ordering your men's nautical wedding ring, please make sure you’re 100% confident in your engraved message and ring size. 

If you’re ordering an engraved ring, but you don’t know your size, we offer accurate ring sizing at no additional charge. Simply select the “mail sizer firs”’ option, and we’ll mail you a ring sizer first and hold the engraving until you confirm your size.
