1. What if I get my ring size wrong?

Don’t fret! We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days (as long as it’s not engraved). You can also select ‘Unsure of Ring Size’ when placing your order, and we’ll mail you a free ring sizer first. Once we receive your size confirmation by email, we’ll ship your order right away! 

2. How long will this wedding band last?

Tungsten is Earth’s most durable and scratch-resistant metal, so the Romeo & Juliet gold meteorite ring set is built to last forever and stay in the family for generations. The meteorite is protected in an ultra-clear resin that may get scratched with abrasive or hard surfaces, so general proper care is required, as with any jewelry.

3. Can I personalize my his and hers gold wedding bands?

Yes, we’re happy to add a personalized laser-engraved message to the inside of your meteorite rings. Add a secret message, special date, or coordinate locations of where you met or proposed to your matching yellow gold wedding bands!

4. How long will my order take to ship?

Most of our modern rings are in stock and will ship the same or the next day they’re ordered. For custom laser-engraved rings, please allow an additional 2-3 days production time.

5. Are engraved gold meteorite ring sets refundable?

Because the engraved message is a permanent customization, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges. Please make sure you’re 100% confident in your message and ring size before placing your order. If unsure, select the ‘Yes mail sizer first’ option, which will appear when you choose to add laser engraving.
